Berkeley Chancellor Testifies for CA DREAM Act!!

I really think the DREAM Act should go through. It would give so many students the opportunity to continue on with their schooling and get jobs after they graduate college. Otherwise these students have been here for a majority of their life, grew up here, finished school, and have nothing to look forward to. A college degree isn't any good if you can't put it to use. These undocumented students don't receive any financial help and as stated in the article, "the full costs of attending college — at Berkeley, around $31,000 per year — often exceeds their total family incomes."

After being pushed to the bottom of the list for over ten years, I hope one day this act will pass in the future.
