This is a course on social inequality. In this course, we will seek to understand the effects and reproduction of social inequality in the United States. We will try to answer questions such as: What is Inequality? How does it matter? How does it work? How do parents’ social class and other aspects of their life situations impact their kids’? How do government policies matter?

Justin, these are great infographics, and they tell an interesting story. Where/how did you find the site? Who compiled all these?
ReplyDeleteOne minor correction, where it shows the income growth by percentile, the 50th percentile isn't the "majority" of Americans, it's those Americans who earn the median - middle - amount. But all the lines for below the median are similar, so it's safe to say that at least the bottom half of Americans saw no income growth.
